    SRF Education Application Troubleshooting

There are a number of issues that could result in submission problems. The following reminders and suggestions should address the most common problems encountered by applicants.

    1. Verify that all required (*) fields have been completed with valid input. The form highlights errors and omissions in red. Carefully review the warning messages explaining the requirement for each field to ensure that ranges have not been exceeded, for instance.
    2. Verify that all file attachments conform to the maximum size and format in the instructions. Note that changing the file name extensions (i.e. *.pdf) will not change the file format and will not satisfy the file format requirement.
    3. If you are unable to submit the form and see no error messages, try clearing your browser cache. Information from a previous unsuccessful attempt to submit the application can sometimes get stored in the cache and interfere with a subsequent submission, despite the error being addressed. You may wish to refer to https://www.refreshyourcache.com/ for additional help.
    4. If clearing your cache doesn’t solve the problem, it’s possible you are experiencing a browser-specific issue. Trying a different browser often helps as switching browsers addresses the caching issue, personal settings, and add-ons that may interfere with the form submission. We recommend trying one of the browsers we tested most extensively: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer.
    5. If none of the aforementioned reminders or suggestions resolves your issue, please alert the system administrator by submitting a website inquiry. In your message, be sure to clearly describe the problem(s) you are experiencing and the browsers you have already tried. Attaching a screenshot(s), such as any error messages you have received, can help us resolve your issue more quickly.

Please note that the application deadline is strictly enforced, and applications submitted late due to technical issues will be accepted only at the discretion of the Director of Academic Affairs.
