Job and Volunteer Opportunities
The SRF Research Center is sometimes able to offer positions to research scientists with advanced degrees or other forms of relevant experience. The availability of these opportunities is dependent on a number of factors, including available funding, research priorities and existing staffing levels. While we have our own, defined research agenda, we are always interested in hearing about other projects which may further our mission.
Unfortunately, we do not have any job openings at this time.
The Research Center often has opportunities for volunteers to assist with both the scientific and operational support aspects of our work. We aim to provide our volunteers with a supportive and engaging environment, challenges, and learning opportunities.
How to apply as a Volunteer
SENS Foundation has a centralized process for volunteer applications. In the first instance you should send your application to our Volunteer Coordinator. Please use the subject line of "RC - research application" or "RC - volunteer application", as appropriate, to ensure that your application can be processed quickly.
Your application email should include your name, contact details, the dates on which you are available to work with us, and some idea of the number of hours per week which you could commit. In addition, please provide a short statement which describes your particular interest in the work of the Research Center, and why you think you are well-suited to work with us. If you are applying for a position as a research volunteer, this should include some details about the specific projects you are interested in. Finally, please attach an up-to-date resumé to your email.
